Salary

Freshers: Up to ₹21,000 Gross per month

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹24,000 Gross per month

Excellent Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

Good English communication skills are preferred.

Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Collection Executives. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, following up on pending payments, resolving customer queries, and achieving collection targets while maintaining a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely collections.

Resolve payment-related customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable working in a calling/voice process.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Candidates with any calling experience (Customer Support, Tele calling, Inbound, Outbound, Collections, etc.) are preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
