Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in residential property sales across Gurgaon. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective buyers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers from company-generated leads and databases.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with sales managers.
  • Follow up regularly with interested buyers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Re-engage old and inactive leads.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Generate referrals from existing customers.
  • Meet daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
  • Daily KPIs80-120 outbound calls/day
  • 20-30 meaningful conversations/day
  • 5-10 qualified leads/day
  • 2-4 site visits scheduled/day
  • Daily CRM updates
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing ability (Hindi & English).
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Ability to handle objections and customer follow-ups.
  • Organized and target-driven mindset.
  • Preferred ExperienceReal estate sales
  • Telecalling/BPO
  • Insurance, banking, or automobile sales experience
  • QualificationGraduate preferred (12th pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
