Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele calling Executives to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry, etc.).
• Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
