Job Description
JD – Performance & Control Tower Calling Executive
Role: Performance & Control Tower Executive
Location: Gurgaon HO
Salary 20k
Role Overview
Drive operational performance via structured calling, issue tracking, and SLA-based follow-ups across
drivers and stations.
Key Responsibilities
● Outbound calls for:
○ Performance tracking (activity, uptime, adherence)
○ Issue identification (battery/charger/app/ops issues)
● Track issues end-to-end until closure
● Maintain structured logs of calls, issues, and actions
● Escalate recurring or critical issues to relevant teams
● Monitor SLA adherence and turnaround times
● Support daily/weekly performance reporting
● Coordinate with field teams for interventions
Requirements
● Strong communication and problem-solving
● High ownership on follow-ups and closures
● Familiarity with Sheets/AppSheet/CRM tools
● Ability to work in high-volume, ops-driven environment
