Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating leads, explaining company projects/services, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain company projects, products, and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and feedback.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
• Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
