✅ मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • संभावित ग्राहकों को कॉल करके प्रोडक्ट्स और सेवाओं की जानकारी देना
  • ग्राहकों की ज़रूरत समझकर उन्हें सही समाधान और उपयुक्त सेवाएं ऑफर करना
  • प्रतिदिन निर्धारित संख्या में आउटबाउंड कॉल्स करना
  • ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना और संदेह दूर करना
  • कॉल के दौरान अच्छी ग्राहक सेवा देना और ग्राहक से अच्छा संबंध बनाना
  • कॉल डिटेल्स और ग्राहक जानकारी को सही तरीके से रिकॉर्ड करना
  • EXCEL सॉफ्टवेयर में डेटा एंट्री और फ़ॉलो-अप
