Telesales Executive

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Female) – Polymer & Metal Raw MaterialsExperience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)Role

Overview-We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle B2B sales of polymer and metal raw materials. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

• Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into orders
• Promote products such as:
• Polymers (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PVC, etc.)
• Metal raw materials (steel, aluminum, copper, etc.)
• Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Follow up regularly with leads and customers
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for order execution
• Maintain daily call reports and sales data in Excel/CRM
• Skills Required-Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Confidence in speaking and convincing customers on calls
• Willingness to learn about industrial products (polymers/metals)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
• Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
• Eligibility- Freshers are welcome
• 0–3 years experience in telecalling / sales preferred
• Graduate preferred (not mandatory for strong candidates)
