Team LeaderResponsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the telesales team.
• Monitor daily performance and target achievement.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Prepare daily reports and improve team productivity.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Requirements:

• 0–3+ years of experience in Telesales/BPO Team Handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve team sales targets.
• Experience in CRM and reporting is preferred.
