Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Outbound Call Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria :
Undergraduate:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Graduate & Above: Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
- Only candidates with a Sales Background can apply.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years.
Salary & Benefits: CTC: ₹23,000 per month
- Take Home: ₹19,300 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on performance
- Work Details Shift: Day Shift
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
- Cab Facility: Not Available
- Sales Target: Applicable
