Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Telecalling Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects in Goa and Delhi NCR, generating interest and converting leads by scheduling site visits or office meetings.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability and a strong interest in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential clients and follow up on leads provided by the company.

• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages and investment benefits.

• Generate interest and build relationships with prospective buyers.

• Schedule site visits or invite clients to the office for project discussions.

• Coordinate with the sales team during client meetings and property visits.

• Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.

• Convert inquiries into bookings by assisting in the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
