Position: Tele Calling & Sales Executive

Location: Sector 69, Gurgaon, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time

We focus on delivering high-quality design, execution, and client satisfaction through end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through social media, references, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain company services related to interiors, renovation, construction, and turnkey projects.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales and design team.
• Schedule client meetings/site visits for designers and sales managers.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly.
• Maintain client database and update lead status in records/CRM.
• Coordinate with the design and execution team for client requirements.
• Share quotations, presentations, and company profiles when required.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain good client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or interior/construction-related industry preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Female candidates preferred (optional as per company requirement).
• Knowledge of interior design/construction terminology will be an added advantage.
