Telesales Executive

We are seeking a driven and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team at SkyJumper, India’s leading chain of indoor trampoline parks. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound inquiries into confirmed bookings for tickets, birthday parties, kitty parties, and corporate/school events.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively sell SkyJumper entry tickets, birthday and kitty party packages, school outings, and corporate bookings over the phone.
• Respond to inquiries about attractions, pricing, packages, safety rules, and park facilities.
• Understand the customer’s requirements and recommend the most suitable ticket or party package options.
• Book tickets or event packages, collect payments, and issue booking confirmations.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas for individual and team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.Essential Skills & Experience
• Mandatory – 2-4 years in tele sales, preferably in amusement parks, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Excellent verbal skills with a persuasive, friendly, and confident phone manner.
• Ability to solve real-time problems and provide delightful customer experiences.
• Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and online payment/booking systems.
