Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives who can generate orders from retailers over phone, build long-term customer relationships, reactivate inactive customers, and help grow business through the Goodstrolley platform.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential retailers.
• Generate daily orders through tele-calling.
• Promote products, schemes, and new launches.
• Help retailers place orders through the Goodstrolley app.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize order value.
• Reactivate inactive retailers and follow up with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong retailer relationships.
• Daily KPI Targets30+ Orders per day
• Daily sales value of ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000
• Regular follow-up with assigned retailers
• High customer retention and repeat ordering
• Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English reading and writing.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass
• Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• One rotational weekly off (Sunday is not fixed)
