About the Role

Prefinn is hiring ambitious, target-driven Sales Calling Executives who know how to turn conversations into closures. Your core responsibility is to aggressively work on existing loan customer data and generate business through:

• Loan Balance Transfer & Top-Up Loans
• Fresh Loans basis
• Cross-Sell other Financial Products
• Home Loan/Personal Loan/LAP/Business Loan etc

This role is for people who thrive under targets, love incentives, and want to grow fast in fintech sales.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Hunting & Closing

• Identify hot prospects quickly.
• Build urgency and drive immediate action from customers.
• Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
• Ensure every warm lead is followed until closure.

Relationship Selling

• Build customer trust and repeat business opportunities.
• Upsell / Cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.
• Generate referrals from satisfied customers.

Revenue Generation

• Call assigned customer database daily with speed, energy, and confidence.
• Pitch better loan offers, lower EMIs, top-up funding, and fresh loan opportunities.
• Convert maximum leads into applications and disbursals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Performance Discipline

• Maintain strong daily calling numbers.
• Update lead pipeline in CRM.
• Submit daily MIS, closures, and productivity reports.

What We Need

• Strong sales hunger and winning attitude.
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and bounce back stronger.
• Target-focused mindset with urgency to close.
• Basic loan knowledge preferred.
• Tele calling / Banking / DSA / Fintech sales experience preferred.
