Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (As per experience) + Incentives
Shift Timing: Rotational
Working Days: 6 days (Rotational week off)
Job Description:Healthians is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating leads, promoting health check-up packages, and converting potential customers into confirmed bookings over calls.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote diagnostic services and health packages
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health packages
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and service delivery
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
