Responsibilities:

·        Sell products/services to pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).

·        Explain product features, services, and benefits to customers.

·        Achieve daily/weekly sales targets to maximize incentives.

·        Build and maintain customer relationships for cross-selling and renewals.

Job Details:

·        Location: Gurgaon/Noida

·        Shift: Day Shift/Rotational Shift | 6 days a week (1 rotational off)

·        Compensation: 16,000-35,000 (CTC)+Incentives (Final CTC will be depending upon the Interview and the Process)

·        Benefits: PF, ESIC, Group Insurance, Gratuity, and performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Under Graduates, Graduates, Post-Graduates, or MBA with 0-3 years of experience.

·        Strong communication, selling, and problem-solving skills.
