Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international travel bookings. The ideal candidate should have experience in flight reservations, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa coordination, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle domestic and international flight bookings.

* Book hotels, resorts, cruises, and other travel services.

* Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages.

* Prepare travel itineraries based on client requirements.

* Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance.

* Coordinate airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and transportation.

* Issue, modify, reissue, and cancel airline tickets.

* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

* Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for competitive pricing.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate booking records and customer data.

* Resolve customer complaints and provide post-sales support.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) preferred.

* Experience with airline and hotel booking portals.

* Strong communication and sales skills.

* Excellent customer service attitude.

* Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
