Job Description
Offering CTC: 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Good and sound knowledge of costing and itinerary preparation
2. Expert in handling Customer queries Online and offline and converting them to repeat customers by providing the best customer experience.
3. Good sense of responsibility, commitment, and dedication.
4. Good knowledge of destinations and can handle tough situations
5. Coordinating with the operations team
6. Well-versed in various areas of travel.
7. Handles travel issues, conflicts, and complaints.
8. Builds and maintains relationships with clients.
9. Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
10. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in Domestic and international holiday packages Sales and tour Operations.
11. Handling Domestic/ International Package reservations & and incoming calls/travel queries.
12. Client handling through network office and direct client. Top-notch interpersonal skills, including communication, respect, and empathy.
