🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor who can create high-engagement content for Instagram and YouTube.

This role requires someone who understands content psychology, pacing, and audience retention — not just basic editing.

• 🎬 Key Responsibilities✂️ Editing & Post-ProductionEdit videos for:
• Instagram Reels / Shorts (primary focus)
• YouTube long-form content
• Promotional / brand videos
• Create fast-paced, engaging edits with strong storytelling
• ⚡ Content OptimizationEnsure:
• Strong hook in first 3 seconds
• High retention editing (jump cuts, zooms, pattern breaks)
• Add:
• Captions / subtitles (highlight keywords)
• Music sync & sound effects
• Clean transitions (no overuse)
• 🎯 Creative InputSuggest:
• Hooks
• Content improvements
• Editing styles based on trends
• Understand platform-specific editing:
• Instagram vs YouTube
• ⏱ Speed & DeliveryDeliver:
• Same-day reels (preferred)
• Fast turnaround on all projects
• 🧠 Required SkillsStrong command of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Deep understanding of:
• Reels / Shorts editing
• YouTube storytelling
• Color correction vs color grading
• Audio syncing & sound design
• ⚡ Preferred Experience1–3 years of video editing experience
• Experience in:
• Social media content (Reels/Shorts)
• Talking-head / interview videos
• Brand or promotional content
