- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, ads, reels, and corporate use

- Add motion graphics, text, music, SFX, and color grading to enhance storytelling

- Work with content, marketing, and creative teams to turn briefs into engaging video content

- Manage project files, exports, and revisions to meet deadlines

*Skills and Qualifications:*

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

- Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, audio mixing, and color correction

- Knowledge of formats for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Basic motion graphics and animation skills preferred

- Portfolio/demo reel showing edits in ads, explainers, or short-form content

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field is a plus

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Cut and assemble raw footage into short-form and long-form videos

- Add graphics, subtitles, lower thirds, and brand elements as per guidelines

- Sync and mix audio, add background music and sound effects

- Color grade footage for consistent look and feel

- Optimize videos for different platforms: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1

- Manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback quickly

- Archive project files and maintain asset library

*Tools & Output:*

Premiere Pro for editing, After Effects for motion, Photoshop for thumbnails, CapCut for quick reels. Deliverables include YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, product ads, testimonials.
