🚨 Hiring – Instagram & YouTube Video Creator/Editor

📍 Location: Office No. 414, Vipul Business Park, Gurgaon
📌 Responsibilities:
✔️ Create engaging real estate reels, shorts & long-form videos for Instagram & YouTube
✔️ Research market trends, projects & competitors for content creation
✔️ Develop content ideas, scripts & video concepts
✔️ Shoot property videos, site visits & client testimonials
✔️ Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects & music
✔️ Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule
✔️ Optimize content for audience engagement and lead generation
🎯 Requirements:
✅ Experience in video shooting, editing & content creation
✅ Knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Canva or similar tools
✅ Strong research, scripting & storytelling skills
✅ Understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends and algorithms
✅ Experience in real estate content creation preferred
✅ Portfolio of previous work preferred
