Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback politely.
- Prepare and present bills and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service stations, and work areas.
- Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist team members during busy hours and perform other duties as assigned.
