Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback politely.
  • Prepare and present bills and process payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, service stations, and work areas.
  • Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist team members during busy hours and perform other duties as assigned.
