Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Track and update inventory movements in ERP/WMS systems.
- Ensure timely dispatch and documentation of shipments.
