Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (Forward, Returns, Bulk Inward & Outward).
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff and contract labor.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and marketplace SLA adherence.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse discipline.
  • Handle client communication and daily operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor productivity, optimize resources, and resolve operational issues.


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of warehouse/e-commerce operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra & Flipkart operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Unicommerce WMS/OMS (preferred).
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in apparel/fashion warehousing is preferred.
