Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff. This role requires hands-on involvement in warehouse activities and the ability to supervise labour while ensuring smooth material handling and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and labour activities.
• Oversee loading, unloading, moving, and forwarding of materials.
• Perform and assist with lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving goods as required.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material movement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and efficiency among warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or warehouse supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving materials.
• Ability to supervise labour and manage day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
