Job SummaryWe are hiring skilled Welders for fabrication and manufacturing operations in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for welding, cutting, and assembling metal components while ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding activities using ARC, MIG, TIG, and gas welding techniques.
• Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Cut and join metal parts as per project requirements.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams for timely completion of work.
• Ensure accurate finishing and strong weld quality.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of ARC, MIG, TIG, and gas welding processes.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Experience with metal fabrication and structural welding.
• Understanding of welding safety standards.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 2–8 Years in welding or fabrication industry.
• Education: ITI Welder / 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
• Welding certification will be an added advantage.
