Urgent Hiring: Workshop Foreman – Gurgaon Location

We are urgently hiring an experienced Workshop Foreman for our transport company in Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month / negotiable for the right candidate

Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily workshop operations for buses, tempo travellers, and commercial vehicles.
• Manage vehicle breakdowns, maintenance, repairs, and road complaints.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, mechanics, and management for quick issue resolution.
• Attend and resolve transport/client complaints related to vehicle condition, AC, engine, electrical, tyres, breakdowns, etc.
• Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, tools, stock movement, and vendor coordination.
• Hire and manage mechanics, electricians, AC technicians, helpers, and workshop staff.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle readiness, and timely servicing.
• Maintain basic records of repair work, parts used, pending jobs, and vehicle-wise maintenance status.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and fit for school/corporate operations.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / Fleet Maintenance Incharge.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, buses, tempo travellers, diesel/CNG vehicles.
• Ability to manage mechanics and get work done on time.
• Must be practical, responsible, and capable of handling pressure.
• Good coordination skills with drivers, vendors, and management.
• Candidate from transport, bus, school transport, fleet, or workshop background preferred.
