Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

• Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to Cornerstone-Learning & Development module

• Creating/Modifying Events and Sessions

• Updating Rosters post evaluating & analysing the source data

• Managing login issues in Cornerstone

• Managing Cornerstone reports request from employees and stakeholders

• Managing Trainer/Admin access for users post evaluating the request and approval metrics

• Managing publishing/modification of online courses, contents of different type like video, question bank etc.

• Creating groups and learning assignment/proxy enrolment

• Demonstrate proficiency in Learning & Development module and standard operating procedures

• Communicate and guide employees using available resources to resolve the query/issue

• Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards

• Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
• Managing semi-functional/technical issues in Cornerstone including but not limited to training, report generation/curriculum

• Escalate complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of L&D partner)

• Ability to challenge the status quo and to continually improve the customer and stakeholders’ experience
• Leading client calls and meetings and capturing the minutes

Key skills

• Demonstrated understanding of Learning & Development practices and processes
• Understanding of design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional materials, including e-learning content and procedure manuals.

• Experience of working with US/UK teams preferable

• Flexible with night shift or late evening shift

• Good interpersonal communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Workday HR environment would be added advantage

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Employee specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field

• 1-3 years of overall experience in L&D and minimum 1-2 years with Cornerstone system - Learning & Development in client services role preferred
