Job Description
The Analyst will be responsible for conducting property site visits, field research, and market surveys. The role involves interacting with local brokers, collecting and maintaining property databases, and preparing valuation workings and detailed valuation reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits of properties and research comparable properties
- Carry out field surveys and interact with local brokers and market participants
- Build and maintain databases for warehouse, residential, and commercial properties
- Prepare valuation calculations and valuation reports
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to conduct field research
- Strong report writing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience
- 0–1 year of work experience post-education
- Exposure to finance-related domains such as Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Research, or similar sectors is preferred
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Excel
