Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining scalable applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within containerized environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
