Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and consolidation of financial statements monthly/yearly Ind AS.
Review of Financial schedules of plants, regions, HO on monthly basis and to take corrective actions.
Dealing with statutory auditors to conduct group reporting and statutory audits.
ICFR, key internal control & SOP compliance and regular updation of same.
Finance process transformation.
Sound knowledge of IND AS/ IFRS and their application.
