Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and consolidation of financial statements monthly/yearly Ind AS.
- Review of Financial schedules of plants, regions, HO on monthly basis and to take corrective actions.
- Dealing with statutory auditors to conduct group reporting and statutory audits.
- ICFR, key internal control & SOP compliance and regular updation of same.
- Finance process transformation.
- Sound knowledge of IND AS/ IFRS and their application.
