Assistant Manager
The position in discussion is with the Lean OpEx Transformation team at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally.•Work closely with the Transformation leads for KGS, BU’s, Support Functional heads, Business Owners to drive Operational Excellence•Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices•Collaborate within CF/ BU’s / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization•Create and deliver a communications plan which builds a deep and wide understanding of OpEx across the division•Identify and grow potential OpEx Internal resource and evangelists. Increase the Pool of quality improvement Catalysts across KGS•Operate as an exemple to constructively challenge the organization to constantly improve operational capability and performanceQualifications
•Graduate / Engineering background (Preferable REC/NIT/IIT etc.)•MBA (Preferred, not mandatory)•Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black BeltMandatory Skills
•Analytical skills – ability to investigate, identify underlying issues in processes•Exposure to Quality / Operational Excellence tools and techniques•Excellent project management and governance skills•Should have excellent knowledge and experience of running lean projects•Preferable have driven diverse technology enabled solution using•Experience of building value stream maps and ability to use Lean tools / methodologyKey behavioural attributes/requirements
