The Business Analyst in the Service function will be responsible for driving data‑based decision‑making by developing insightful dashboards, analysing service performance metrics, and supporting business operations through timely reporting. The role requires strong analytical abilities, understanding of service workflows, and capability to convert data into meaningful insights that enhance customer experience, field performance, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

Dashboard Development

  • Design user‑friendly dashboards for leadership, service teams, and field staff.
  • Automate periodic reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Partner with IT teams to define data models and ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  • Ensure dashboards are aligned to business KPIs and support strategic decision‑making.

 

Business Operations Support

  • Support service leadership with analytical inputs during performance reviews, monthly business reviews (MBRs), and MIS reporting.
  • Track key operational programs—warranty performance, parts consumption, installations, preventive maintenance, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor field operations and provide insights for productivity improvement and cost optimization.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Service Operations, Field Service, Quality, IT, and Contact Center teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Coordinate with CRM/SAP teams to ensure accurate data mapping, reporting structures, and KPI definitions.
  • Partner with regional service teams to understand on-ground challenges and translate them into data‑based solutions.
