About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic professional for our Learning Solutions team. You will be expected to lead hands-on, business-focused sessions on analytics related topics for corporates and universities. You’ll also be responsible for content creation, delivery and other aspects of the engagements. You'll empower learners with practical tools to navigate today’s data-driven landscape and simplify complex topics with clarity and relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions on Business Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Python
• Break down advanced analytical concepts into intuitive, real-world examples
• Facilitate assessments and projects to reinforce learning outcomes
• Mandatory travel to various institutions or corporate locations for on-site training
• Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum enhancement and learner feedback
• Lead content creation for different engagements

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python
• Familiarity with ML concepts and their use cases is a plus
• Masters’ degree is mandatory
• Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a knack for simplifying technical concepts
• Open minded regarding travel (scheduled & impromptu) and adaptable to different learning environments
• A continuous learner with a passion for acquiring & sharing knowledge
