Description

Role: ServiceNow ITBM Developer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bangalore (Full‑time, On‑site)
Employment Type: Permanent with KPMG(FTE)

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules
(PPM, Demand, Resource, Agile, Financial Planning)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is a must
Excellent skills in JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts
ServiceNow platform configuration & custom development
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
Good understanding of ITIL and project/portfolio management processes

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA / CIS‑ITBM / CIS‑SPM certifications
Consulting experience is an added advantage
