RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Responsible for operation and maintenance of entire site utility equipment as per the scope and ensure Statutory compliance...
Create and validate SOPs, SPs, PPM Schedule & Log Sheets for utility equipment as required.
Technical Training/Briefing
Monitor and analyzing parameters of all Utility equipment as per the check list. Maintain all records as per the requirement.
Release Utility equipment for breakdown and PPM activities.
Allocate manpower for attending to Customer Complaints and breakdown attending.
Provide tools, spares and consumables, PPEs, for smooth operation. Support and Superve shut down activities
Evaluate PPM activities carried out and the machine performance after PPM
Keep equipment and work site clean and tidy
Report to Property Manager for any abnormalities
Prepare WMR/MMR/QMR/YMR report
Identify Perform and Implement Energy Conservation & Cost Saving activities.
Updating records
Emergency Response
Asset Tracker Management
Train technicians and Engineering Assistants on Operation and Maintenance of utility equipment and review their performance.
Report Incidents, Accidents and implementing Correction, Corrective Action & Improvement activities.
Coordinat with AMC Suppliers and other vendors.
Follow HSQE Standards and Guidelines.
Implement Integrated Management System
Motivate and build teamwork.
Perform as a Manager- Assistant, in his absence, for the Operation and Maintenance of entire site as per site requirements.
