 Role Purpose

The role will be responsible to oversee management of the Thematic and Quarterly Revenue Review audits along with managing third party vendor relations and communication and proper data availability for audit activities in alignment with the audit guidelines.

 Role Accountability

  1. Manage the Thematic and Quarterly revenue audit for the function  
  2. Track risk events within the company and across industry in order to devise triggers for thematic and spot audits
  3. Manage overall audit activities pertaining to areas covered under thematic and spot audits
  4. Manage the RFP process for third party audit vendors (SOW finalization, floating tender, vendor finalization, onboarding)
  5. Ensure end-to-end timely closure of audit reports
  6. Update Vertical Head about developments and progress of audit
  7. Prepare final audit updates for ACB (Audit Committee Board)
  8. Follow up to close all the open observations as per ATR (Action Taken Report)
  9. Ensure quality of audit findings as well as adherence to audit manual/policy/checklists etc.
  10. Assist the external consultants in conducting any audit as required by the regulator
  11. Ensure timely availability of data to regulators performing audits, consultants hired to undertake any specific audit and third party onboarded to undertake quality assurance exercise
  12. Coordinate with the Data analytics unit to extract any other data/information as required
  13. Facilitate management interaction with vendors as necessary
  14. Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines
  15. Coordinating with the cross-function spokes for quick execution of data requests and Audit queries responses.
  16. Presentation of the audit reports at the appropriate forums as per management directions like ACB, ORMC etc.
  17. Balancing audit hours between adhoc requests and planned Thematic audit.
  18. Coordinating with DAU regularly for early trigger/alert detections.

  1. Timely conclusion of RFP process
  2. Timely conclusion of audit
  3. Adherence to SOW
  4. Timely submission of audit reports to management
  5. Timely closure of observation as per ATR
  6. Timely and accurate updating of process documentation
  7. Process Adherence as per MOU
