Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Understanding of infrastructure sector operations and asset lifecycle•Strong analytical capabilities to be able to conduct data analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, business model analysis and provide strategic recommendations•Strong understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, including correlation, probability and regression analysis•Be proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and in making presentations for senior level stakeholders with effective story boarding skills•Having familiarity with data analysis tools like Alteryx, visualization tools like Power BI, Visio. Moreover, experience of application of Gen AI based tools would be an advantage

Roles & responsibilities

•Support senior members in engagements through out the life cycle of Infrastructure projects (strategy, development, and performance) for clients in the government & public sector, corporates, institutional investors and infrastructure developers•Support in developing strategies, market studies, business plans, feasibility studies and business cases•Conduct research, synthesize insights and support in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables•Contribute to thought leadership, white papers and point of views to develop market intelligence and sector knowledge•Contribute to specific business development initiatives, particularly proposals and client pitches•Manage relationships with key stakeholders independently across various member firms

Educational qualifications

•Graduate in economics and post-graduates/MBAs in finance from a leading Indian/International educational institution•Candidates holding professional certification relevant to the requirements are preferred, but not mandatory.

Work experience

•Relevant experience (1-3 years) in strategy and research gained through corporate roles, consulting, or public sector organizations
