Associate - Data Implementations
About this role
Aladdin Data Solutions drives the development and delivery of enterprise investment data and analytics across BlackRock and Aladdin clients. The platform supports portfolio management, risk analytics, compliance, and reporting across global, multi-asset investors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client data workstreams for Aladdin implementations (scope, planning, execution)
- Manage end-to-end data onboarding (input → analytics output)
- Partner with clients, tech, and investment teams on data mapping & implementation strategy
- Guide clients on Aladdin data standards and workflows
- Drive data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Support portfolio setup, benchmarks, and analytics configuration
- Lead UAT, documentation, and transition to production support
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in investment data / implementation / analytics roles
- Strong understanding of investment data & asset classes (derivatives/private markets a plus)
- Proven project management & client engagement skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Technical skills: Python / SQL preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
