Job Description
- Coordinate digital project delivery in line with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and information management standards.
- Manage project data, metadata, documents, and digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, version control, and timely information exchange.
- Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and model coordinators to support multidisciplinary project delivery and efficient information flow.
- Monitor and control the exchange, tracking, and submission of project information and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer and maintain CDE/EDMS platforms (ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC, Client DMS), including project setup, folder structures, workflows, permissions, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with project, client, and organizational standards for digital delivery, documentation, CAD, and information management.
- Perform quality assurance checks on models, drawings, documents, and metadata to ensure adherence to naming conventions and project requirements.
- Support project onboarding and provide guidance to team members on BIM workflows, digital tools, and information management best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to BIM models, digital systems, document management platforms, and data integrity.
- Support BIM and digital delivery activities, including model coordination, clash detection, design reviews, model federation, and 4D simulation.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand digital requirements, training needs, and process improvements.
- Assist in developing and improving digital workflows, BIM standards, information management procedures, and project delivery processes.
- Provide regular reporting on digital delivery progress, model coordination status, and information management compliance.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Engineering with 2 - 6 years of experience in infrastructure/transportation projects.
- Experience in BIM coordination, digital delivery, information management, and multidisciplinary project environments.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, InfraWorks, Navisworks, or similar BIM tools.
- Experience with ProjectWise, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and other CDE/EDMS platforms.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, information management processes, clash detection, and 4D planning workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
