Brand Leads
• Define brand architecture, identity, and world; translate them into impactful GTM strategies.
• Lead the brand P&L with a 5X topline growth ambition in 2 years.
• Partner with digital and offline channels to deliver seamless brand experiences across platforms; go deeper into regional nuances while preserving brand imagery.
• Dive into consumer needs, cultural trends, and market whitespace to shape winning propositions.
• Work closely with merchandising on product innovation, aligning design, science, and consumer demand.
• Leverage digital media, influencer marketing, and partnerships to scale awareness, aspiration, and conversion.
• B-school graduate with ~8 years’ experience in D2C/ high-growth brands.
• High on accountability and number ownership
• Equally comfortable with data, analysis, and creativity - connecting insights to brand storytelling
• Problem solver who can balance left-brain logic with right-brain empathy, driven to create impactful growth
• Has scaled brands in the past - tying strategy with high accountability of execution, managing stakeholders, and working closely with marketing & design teams to deliver results
