Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning are key activities throughout the day, ensuring that the organization s objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
