Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational goals and operational efficiency. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with technological capabilities through detailed process design and stakeholder engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability across departments.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and implementation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
