What you'll do

As a Change Manager, you’ll be delivering successful customer and business outcomes by leading a team to utilise their knowledge and capability to provide subject matter expertise in a variety of capacities, in order to analyse, assess and deliver projects and change initiatives or regulatory changes affecting systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing key projects, working with technology and transformation teams to deliver strategic platform
• deployment
• Leading the analysis of how changes to the business operating model will impact existing procedures and driving recommendations on approach

The skills you'll need

You’ll need experience of working in the design, delivery and leadership of complex change delivery, proven leadership and strong decision making skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively and break down silos.

You’ll also need:

• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and act as an agent of change to achieve the best outcome
• Strong communication skills and relationship techniques
• An understanding and experience in a fast-paced operational environment
• A high level of planning and organisation skills
• The ability to prioritise and plan workloads
• A strong internal network and an understanding of the mortgage business and wider functions and processes
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills
• A background of successful engagement in direct people management
