• Project LeadSaksoft Ltd. | November 2020 - April 2026 | 5 years 5 months | Noida• Lead SharePoint custom list development, ensuring seamless integration with Power Apps for enhanced data visualization and automation.
  • Manage ServiceNow API integration projects to enable improved data flow between ITSM tools and reporting platforms, like Power BI.
  • Integrated ServiceNow APIs with Power BI for advanced reporting and SLA tracking.
  • Implemented backup and disaster recovery strategies for SharePoint environments.
  • Designed automated reporting solutions for Service Desk performance.
