Technical skills:

· Proficiency in delivering Financial Baselines, Organization baselines, Operational data analysis, Comparator Benchmarks.

· Running management interviews as applicable and ability to summary it into an insightful client ready report

· Ability to interact with the leading stakeholders both internal (Partner /MDs) and External (Client leadership) stakeholders on engagements

· Experience of working on cost optimization or performance improvement/ transformation engagements

· Working knowledge of at least one of the data analytics tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI or Tableau

· Good business acumen combined with data analysis and insight generation skills

We are recruiting for a Consultant in the team. Working as a member of the team your responsibilities will include:

· Working with an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews

· Driving/ supporting the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. e.g. market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.

· Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy and other deal advisory professionals

· For small to Medium engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery

· Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables

· Managing and contributing to the development of junior staff

· Supporting KPMG onshore teams or leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management

· Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development

Education / professional qualifications MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution 

Prior Experience: Relevant experience (3-5 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consulting, or similar analytical/ deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable)
