- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to align with organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design effective workflows and automation within the CRM environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, also Need CRM functional tester(5+ Yrs) with experience in sales and service module.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
