Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Daily activities may include collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of software components, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with project goals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies to enhance software solutions.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with Salesforce data models.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
