Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work supports the continuous enhancement of software products, adapting to evolving project demands and contributing to the overall success of the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing techniques and tools to manage large datasets effectively.
- Ability to work with various data visualization methods to communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and debugging software issues to ensure optimal performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
